  • Do I need to book an appointment to pick up official receipt/s?

    Official receipts may be picked up at our office without having to book an appointment. Issuance of receipts are from  9:00~11:00 a.m. and 1:30~4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays. Your representative must present proof of payment along with a photocopy of their ID.

  • How do I have my container deposit refunded?

    Please submit originals of the following documents to our office to initiate the processing of the container deposit refund:

    • Refund request letter based on our template (download) with the “wet” (handwritten) signature of the authorized signatory

    • Acknowledgement Receipt covering the container deposit

    • Company IDs of the letter signatory and representative authorized to receive the refund check

  • When will my container deposit be refunded?

    We refund container deposits within thirty days of receiving a request with complete requirements (see above). We encourage our customers to register for a Container Ledger Account Phils., Inc. (CLA) subscription to receive refunds as fast as three days upon carrier approval. Please visit the CLA website for more details.

  • How do I apply as crew?
